I have over 21 years in commercial and residential real estate and prior to real estate, spent 13 years in the construction industry. I have a proven track record as a leader. I was nominated for the "Career Woman of the Year" in 1987, served as President in two separate chapters of The National Association of Women in Construction, received the 1996 "Team Award" for Outstanding Real Estate Forecast Publication, co-chaired and/or assisted with various committees to increase the level of effective communication at CB Richard Ellis, and performed several community service accomplishments. I was nominated for the Collier's Circle of Excellence Awards in 2006 and 2008. While in commercial real estate. I was a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, CREW Sacramento, selected as Member of the Year 2003, served as National Delegate for three years, as President, and also served on a national committee.

My customized marketing solutions include professional photography, 3-D tours, targeted online ads, social media posts, QR code riders, detailed property brochures, professional floor plans, and more.

 

For BUYERS, one of my key roles includes identifying properties that match your preferences and ensuring you don’t miss your ideal home. After selecting a home, we'll assess the market and asking price before making an offer. I’ll provide necessary information for informed decision-making every step of the way and assist in arranging a professional inspection to address any condition concerns before closing.
